He has collaborated with several major fashion publications, including i-D, Dazed, and British Vogue, where he became a contributing fashion editor. One of Ib Kamara's breakthrough moments was his collaboration with photographer Kristin-Lee Moolman for the groundbreaking editorial "2026" in the inaugural issue of Nataal Magazine. The editorial, which explored futuristic African aesthetics, gained widespread acclaim for its fresh and forward-thinking portrayal of African fashion and culture.
