The brand gained rapid popularity for its distinctive use of diagonal stripes, quotation marks, and the iconic arrow logo. Off-White became a favorite among celebrities and fashion enthusiasts, propelling Abloh to international fame. In 2018, Abloh achieved another significant milestone when he was appointed the artistic director of Louis Vuitton's menswear collection. This made him one of the few people of color to hold such a prestigious position at a major luxury fashion house. His appointment marked a groundbreaking moment for diversity and representation in the industry.
As the artistic director of Louis Vuitton menswear, Abloh continued to merge streetwear elements with high fashion aesthetics, redefining luxury for a new generation.
